Todays card is part of the August 2025 Clubs blog hop with more details below as will as links to more inspiration. I get to share a fun vibrant card using this months Fish Parade Betterpress of the month.
To create the vibrant fish image, I used the Fish parade Betterpress of the month with Veramark ink on Hammermill Cardstock in the Betterpress system. Distress embossing glazes in Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmelade and Squeezed lemonade were sprinkled over the Versamark pressed image & sentiment and then Heat embossed. The image and sentiment are die cut with the third largest Essential arches die cut before lightly ink blending with Speckled Egg, Tumbled Glass and Broken China Distress ink using a large Spellbinder ink blending brush. A matt is die cut from Carrot Cardstock using the next size of Essential arches die and a shaped card base is Die cut from Wild Berry cardstockusing the largest Arch die. The layers are assembled with Bearly art glue and the image is finished off with Glossy Accent bubbles and Stickles on the fish for a little sparkle and extra texture.

Wow, what a different look on your card. By using the Embossing glaze it made the Fish look like a tapestry or small wall hanging. I love the look you got. Great job !!

Such a creative use of the press plate for your card with the use of different embossing colors. The addition of the bubbles with glossy accents and the glittery stickles on the fish elevates your card by giving it so much texture. Love it and the whole underwater theme for August.
