Three Perfect Pearl Techniques to Try

Today I’m sharing Three Perfect Pearl Techniques to try. These 3 techniques are my favourite “go to” techniques when it comes to Perfect Pearls. I love how Versatile these little pots of mica powder are and they add the most beautiful shimmer to your Creations. Ad

Perfect Pearls are a Mica Powder that has a binding agent in it that is activated by water. There are so many different ways to use them and one of my favourite mediums to use because of their versatility and shimmer.

To create the floral piece, I cut out the Anemone Blooms shadow shape of the Mixed Media Paper before embossing the detail using the Spellbinders Platinum 6. I also used the die to cut our the image with Masking Magic. The Making Magic helps get crisp lines while painting on Perfect Pearls and I love how it made the flowers look! Once the Flowers were done, the leaves were free handed.

In order to have a mat behind my focal element, I used a versamark pad to press onto black cardstock and then dusted on Perfect pearls with a soft brush. Lastly, I mixed the perfect pearls in with water in a mini mister to create a shimmer spray to add some shimmer to my die cut sentiment.
