Before creating any cards, I use the Wax Starter kit with the Merry & Bright Wax seal of the month to create a few seals using the Basic & Ink wax bead mix. I then used the Magic Wonderland Glimmer of the Month with the Glimmer System using Polished Brass, Prism Speckle and Opal Glimmer foil too create several backgrounds on Hammermill and coloured cardstock.
With the Foiled backgrounds complete, I created a simple first card using the Polished brass foiled Glimmer plate on indigo cardstock. The card was finished off with a Gold Merry & Bright Wax seal.

The second card uses the Made with Snowflakes Betterpress plate of the month on Distress watercolour cardstock using the Betterpress system. The image is Heat embossed with Lost shadow distress glaze before being watercoloured using Distress Reinkers. The Sentiment was Heat embossed with Chipped Sapphire distress Glaze.
The Third card is created using the Holiday Flurry Embossing Folder of the Month. The folder is inked with Chipped Sapphire Distress ink to colour the background while embossing. The Greenery is then inked with Evergreen Bough distress ink to colour it using a Detail blending brush. The card is finished off with a Heat Embossed sentiment from the Betterpress of the Month.

The Fourth card is created using the Brick by Brick 3D embossing folder for the background. The Embossing folder was inked with Versamark ink to ink the grout lines. It is then Heat embossed using Lost shadow distress glaze before being lightly ink blended with Spun Sugar, Weathered Wood and Chopped Sapphire distressink. The Tree image is stamped and Heat embossed with Silver Embossing powder using the To You & Yours Clear stamp of the month before being die cut with the coordinating die set, ink blended with Evergreen Bough distress ink and added to the front of the card.
The fifth card uses the Frosty Wishes layering stencil of the month to create the snowman image. Transparent gloss gel is used on the Carrot nose to add Glossy dimension. Stickles were used on the Hat band detail for extra sparkle and Glossy accents was added to the dot on the eye for shine. The sentiment is heat embossed from the Betterpress of the month set.

The sixth card uses the Snow day friends Small die of the month. The Snow and snowman are die cut from Glitter cardstock from the Antique white treasured cardstock pack. The background is a Foiled background using the Glimmer of the Month with Opal foil on Hammermill cardstock before ink blending to bring out the foiled images.
The Seventh card uses the Window Wonderland Large die of the month set. Some of the die cut pieces are ink blended before assembly to add visual dimension. White glitter cardstock is used for the snow above the Gazebo and on the ground. Extra texture & dimension is added by using GLossy Accents on the Lights and Silver Nuvo drops as ornaments on the Tree.

The Eighth card uses another brick background created in the same way as the furth card with the Spun sugar ink swapped out with Evergreen bough ink. The Tree die cut is from the Snow day friends Die of the month set and the Child & Sleigh is from the Window Wonderland Large die of the month set. The snow on the ground and tree are cut from White glitter cardstock.
The Ninth card uses the Peppermint Prancer Stitching die of the month with a background created using the Holiday Flurry Embossing folder of the month. The background and some of the die cuts are ink blended before stitching to add visual dimension.

The tenth card uses the Magic for U Caboodle item for this month. The background is created with one of the backgrounds foiled with the Magic Wonderland Glimmer of the month ink blended with Evergreen bough, Weathered Wood and Chipped Sapphire distress ink.
