Today, I’m sharing Shaped Holiday cards using Lisa Horton dies and New Trio ink pad sets. These beautiful New ink pads sets are responsible for all of the colour on these cards, every piece was white cardstock to start! The result is cards with a unique colour palette and beautiful shimmer! Ad
Visual Supply list below.
All of the pieces for all of the cards were die cut from Classic White cardstock with the backgrounds used to emboss and/or stencil die cut from Hammermill cardstock before colouring with the ink pads. The Scalloped Circles stencil and coordinating embossing folder is used to add pattern and/or texture to the card backgrounds.
The first card uses the Best Wishes frame die set for the card base and the Festive ornament set for the Ornament & Holly. This card is finished off with a sentiment & sub-sentiment from the Merry sentiments stamp & die set. The ink colours to ink the cardstock for this card are in the Alchemist ink pad set.

The second card uses the the Nested tree frame die set for the card base and the Christmas Foliage die set for the Poinsettia and Greens. The sentiment and sub-sentiment is created with the Christmas Sentiments stamp & die set. The ink colours for this card as well as the third card are from the Metallic Winter 2025 set and the Swift dry Festive 2025 set.
The third card uses the Bow & Bell Scallop die set for the card base and the nested tree frame set for the Tree die cut element with both the Merry and Christmas stamp & die sets used to create the Merry Christmas sentiment.
