Today, I’m creating Season of Wonder Cards using the New collection from Spellbinders & Stampendous. I kept the colour scheme very simple & elegant with Gold and white and just a hint of colour.
All of cards using this collection were created with a very simple white and gold colour scheme. The Gold Specialty cardstocks are from the Gold Treasured cardstock pack which has a variety of gold cardstock with different finishes so you can pick the best one for your project. All Cards have a Stamped and Heat Embossed sentiment from the Season of Wonder Sentiments stamp set using Gold Embossing powder.
The first card uses the Christmas Morn Nativity die set for both the Silhouette for the front of the card as well as the card base with some light ink blending behind the star using scattered straw distress ink.
The Second Card uses the Tree and foliage from the Peace dove die set. The die cut tree is lightly ink blended with Bundled Sage distress ink and the background is embossed with the Evergreen 3D embossing folder for some texture. The tree was finished off with Pale Gold Nuvo drops for added teture and dimension.
The Third Card uses the Fresh Picked Labels and Tags die set to create a shaped card base as well as the Matt layers. The Dove and Peace sentiment die cuts are from the Peace dove die set and the background is lightly ink blended with Speckled Egg Distress ink.
