Today, I’m sharing Quick Relatable die cut cards using the Aged to Perfection collection. These cards are quick and simple to create with ink blending and subtle shimmer from Colour shift ink pads. The first card uses the HBD Balloons die set. The pieces are die cut from pastel coloured cardstock and ink blended with Colour shift inks in Lagoon Punch, Coral Waters and Golden Heather. A Misti is used to stamp a sentiment from the Birthday Laughs stamp set before ink blending around the edges and assembling the card.
The second card uses the Yay die set. The top letters are cut from Glitter cardstock from the Aquamaring treasured cardstock pack. The shadow pieces are ink blended with colour shift inks. A sentiment is stamped on the bottom with Black memento ink and the block letters are coloured with a BG49 copic marker before assembling the card.
The third card uses the How Old Betterpress plate to press the large sentiment before colouring the letters with the BG49 copic marker. The card base and layers are cut from the Emerald cut labels & tags die set. Extra sparkle and texture is added to the letters using stardust stickles.
The fourth card uses the OMG die set. The upper letters are die cut from Aquamarine glitter cardstock and the shadow is die cut from waterfall cardstock before ink blending with Lagoon punch colourshift ink. The sentiment is stamped and heat embossed with black embossing powder before the background is ink blended with colourshift ink.
The fifth card uses the left over inner letter pieces from the fourth card. Strings are die cut from the HBD balloons die set and added to the letters. The sentiment is stamped in the bottom right corner before the word “sorry” is coloured with the copic marker and stickles are added to the heart. The background is ink blended with Coral waters colourshift ink before assembling the card.
