In this video I’m creating a Holiday Florals Foiled Christmas Card. I loved the Holiday Florals Glimmer Background SO much when I saw it and knew it would be beautiful for Christmas cards ad it did not disappoint! In this video, I’m combining it with some distress inks as well as die cuts to create a Christmas card with shimmer and die cut dimension. Ad
The Poinsettia background is created with the Holiday Florals Background Glimmer Plate. It is foiled with Prism Glimmer foil onto Hammermill cardstock using the Glimmer Machine and Big shot machine. The Poinsettias are coloured with Distress inks using detail ink blending brushes. To add some extra dimension, I die cut poinsettias and green using the Christmas Blooms die set in coordinating colours. The centres of the die cut poinsettias are finished off with clear irridescent drops.
