Interactive Cards that Move and Light up

Today, I’m sharing Interactive Cards that Move and Light up using stamps and dies. I will be combining stamps & dies from Pajama Crafter stamps creating four different cards with moving or light up elements using products from Pear Blossom Press to create those interactive elements SO easily! Ad

Visual Supply list below.

The first card uses the Bundle of Wishes die set from Pajama Crafter stamps along with Twinkle lights from Pear Blossom Press to create a light up Birthday card. The printed paper in the background is from the Winter parade paper and inspired the colour palette. Holographic cardstock from the Metallic Medley pack is coloured with a yellow copic marker to put behind the candle flames and add to the twinkle light starkle. The sentiment is heat embossed with Gold embossing powder using the Mix & Match Celebration stamp set. Glossy accents and stickles were used on the candles to add sparkle and shine.

The second card uses the High Five stamp set coloured with Copic Markers. The cat is fussy cut and mouse and fish ornaments are die cut using circle dies to create ornaments. The card bakcground is embossed with the Branches embossing folder inked with Rustic Wilderness distress ink. Th ornaments are lightly inked with Candied Apple distress ink. Four of the ornaments are glued to the background and the Mouse ornament by the cats paw is attached using a Mini Action Wobbler to give it fun wobbly action when taken out of the envelope. The Sentiment is created using a combination of the word Christmas from the Christmas Words with Shadow die set and creating the word Meowy using the Be Bold uppercase and lowercase die sets. Stickles and Glossy Accents are also used on the cat and ornaments of this card to add shine and sparkle in places.

The Next two both use Snap ‘N Slide to create elements that swing and roll. The third card uses the Penguin and a sentiment from the Flippin best stamp set. It is coloured with copic markers before fussy cutting. A Circle die from the Like to Move it die set is used to create an opening in the background for the Snap ‘N Slide to move easily in. The background is embossed using the Party ballons Embossing folder to add texture to the background. The fussy cut image is attached to the Snap ‘N Slide using sticky spots and foam tape is used to attach the piece to the card. Glossy accents are added to the eyes and Beak of the penguin and stickles is added to the Heart Balloon.

The last card uses a seniment and stamp from the Meowentine stamp set. The images are coloured with copics and fussy cut. The background is created using printed paper from the Cat’s Meow printed paper pack. The curved die from the Like to move it die set were used to die cut the printed paper to create channels for the cats to spin and flip in. Snap ‘N Slides are used in the channels and the cats are attached to them using sticky spots. One of the sentiments were trimmed using a guillotine trimmer and the other is die cut using circle dies before being attached to the card front.
