In this video I’m sharing the House Mouse Knit One Card created from Spellbinders House Mouse Winter 2023 Collection. I’m using the Knit One stamp from the collection and creating a simple watercolour card perfect for a Beginner wanting to try out Watercolour using Dye based Markers.
Todays card uses the House Mouse Knit One Cling stamp. I used dye based markers to watercolour this one. Using water based markers is a perfect way for anyone to try out watercolouring before buying a bunch of watercolour paints. I’m using Tombow markers but any dye based markers will work for this and it is simple to do! Once I was done, I added some texture with a Spellbinders Cable Knit stencil and grit paste snowfall. The result is subtle but gives it nice texture with a touch of sparkle that doesn’t take any attention away from the adorable image. I have pics of the card before the texture and after below.
