Today, I’m creating Hand made Halloween Cards using the Hocus Pocus collection from Hero Arts. I’m using the new Tricks and Treats stamp set for simple watercolour cards as well as using the Witch’s Hat die set to create two different looks! Ad

The first two cards are created using the Hero Arts Tricks & Treats stamp set. The images were heat embossed on Watercolor cardstock using both Black ans silver embossing powder before watercolouring the images with Distress watercolor crayons from Set 1 & 2. Splatter accents in both Raven and Sparkle were used to add splatter to the backgrounds. The sparke was used to paint the potion in the cauldron as well as the bubbles and crystal ball before adding gloss using Glossy accents.
The second two cards use the Witches hat die set with two different colour palettes. The first of the two uses the die set to create a witches hat with more traditional colours while the second one uses it to create a scarecrow hat with a Fall vibe. The Linen Embossing folder was used to add texture to the hat die cut before ink blending around the edges creating a more rustic look. The sentiments on both cards are from the Tricks & Treats stamp set. The flower centres on both cards are finished off with Aura gems for a little sparkle.
