Before creating any cards, I used several pieces of Hammermill cardstock and spread a thin coat of each of the Neon Gel paste colours to dry overnight. I also stencilled some through the Crumpled Netting stencil to create the Neon stencilled pattern.
The First card used part of the Stencilled paste background to add Black soot distress ink over creating a perfect contrast to the Neon paste. The Layered iris die set was used to die cut the gel paste backgrounds and assemble for the card front and placed on top of black die cut layers from the Nested Birthday Celebrations die set. Black dot detail was added to the Iris using a black posca pen.

The second card uses the Curvy Rectangles die set with the Paste backgrounds along with the Layered Anemone die set. The card is finished off with a Hello die cut from the A little Hello die set.

The third card uses the All Year Round Blooms and Nested Birthday Celebrations die sets with those Neon backgrounds once again paired with Black for stunning contrast.

The fourth card uses the Sea coral layering stencil set with Matt blending inks in different colours as well as Interference ink pads in Sweet Treat and Regal Grey. The last 3 layers that were chosen to use paste with were stencilled with the Neon paste in Cerise and Apple and then Bubblegum Dazzle paste allowing each paste layer to dry in between for at least an hour. The completed background was then allowed to dry overnight to ensure it was 100% dry before Embossing. Fish die cuts created with Black cardstock and Neon gel pack grounds complete the scene. A bit of extra texture finish the fish off with Black Enamel accents for the eyes and Glossy accents for bubbles.
