Visual Supply List below.
The First two cards were created by Foiling and Negative foiling the June Honeysuckle press plate with Opal foil using the Glimmer system and Spellbinders platinum 6 on Hammermill cardstock. Sentiments were also foiled and Negative foiled from the Natures Botanical Garden Sentiments press plate set. The images as well as mattes were die cut with the Essential Stylish ovals die set. The image pieces and sentiments were ink blended with Distress inks ink Shabby Shutters, Tumbled Glass and Shaded lilac. The background was embossed with the Beautiful Butterflies 3D Embossing folder.
The third, fourth and fifth cards were created with the October Cosmos press plate set using the Betterpress system. The Third card uses interference ink pads in Tropical Paradise and Lavender Fields for it’s beautiful shimmer. The Fourth card image was pressed with Distress inks in Shabby Shutters and Shaded lilad and the Ledger script stamp was inked with Tropical Paradise interference ink and then pressed onto the press plate before pressing onto the Betterpress cardstock. To create the image for the Fourth card, Karin markers were used to colour the press plate before being misted with water and then pressed onto Distress watercolor cardstock. The image pieces for all cards as well as the mattes for the images were cut with the Essential Arches die set and the Emerald cut Labels & Tags die set. These cards were also finished with sentiments from the Natures Botanicals sentiments press plate & die set.
The background for the sixth card was created by using Alcohol inks ink Juniper, Bayou and Cosmopolitan on Yupo paper. The inks were blown with an Alcohol ink blower and once complete the September Morning Glory press plate set was used with Alcohol Lift ink to remove the image from the alcohol ink background. Paper towel is used to blot up the ink to show off the image. The press plate ink was then pressed onto alcohol ink glossy cardstock but the result was too light to turn into a card.
After completing the cards, the DIY easel die set was used to create a paper easel that is perfect for displaying cards as well as Handmade calendars if you chose to create Calendars with this collection.
