This New Happy Hour Collection is SO much fun to play with! There is so much variety you can create using it and I love the variety of sentients in the Cheers Sentiments Press plate & die set.
For the First card, I used the Sunset in a Glass die set with some extra accents from the Tropical Flair die set. I love the look of this set and you can create it with SO many different colour palettes. The Embossed background is created with the Lush Leaves embossing folder using Sage Cardstock and inking the folder with Rustic wilderness Distress ink to bring out the detail. The white layer is created using the New Perfect Touch Rectangles and Tags die set.
The Second Card uses the Olive Martinis die set along with the Boos! Cocktails set to create a Witchy cocktail card. The bubbles and drips over the side of the glass were created with solar paste on Vellum creating a fun irridescent look. The matts are once again created with the Perfect touch Rectangles die set with the inner one ink blended with distress ink creating a hazy look.
The Third card also uses the Olive Martinis die set but this time it’s paired with the Christmas Cocktails die set. This one has lots of texture and dimension with the greenery and even uses glitter cardstock for the santa hat rim and drips from the glass for additional texture & sparkle.
The fourth card pairs the Sunset in a glass die set with Simons snowglobe die set to create a glass snowglobe. The candle is create with a strip of cardstock and the drippy part at the top of the candle is created using the drippy edge pieces from the Boos! Cocktail die set. Because of the height of the focal piece, this card is a tall slimline card measuring 8 1/2″ x 3 1/2″.
