Today, I’m sharing Dreamy ✨Shimmer✨ cards using the New Lisa Horton crafts Ombré collection with her fabulous Interference inks. These inks have vibrant colour with a Beautiful shimmer and look combletely different on white cardstock than they do on black cardstock making them SO fun to create with! Ad

Before creating cards, the backgrounds were stencilled onto Hemmermill cardstock using Lemon Candy, Fruit Salad, Tropical Paradise, Lavender Fields, Opal Blush and Summer Garden interference inks for vibrant colour and beautiful shimmer. The first backgroun uses the interference inks alone, for the second background, Hickory smoke distress ink is added to the flower centres before stencilling the interference inks. A second background with the interference inks and Hickory smoke distress ink was made to die cut with the coordinating die and use the florals alone. The second card features a shaped card base using the outer die in the die set. All cards are finished with a sentiment from the Love and Hugs sentiments stamp & die set.
The second set of cards use the Layered shapes layer stencil and coordinating dies, both cards were created using the exact same Interference pads and when you see them side by side its so fun to see how the colour changes based on the cardstock used! The last card is on a shaped card mase created with the outer die from the Layered shapes die set.
