The first card is created using Distress and Interference inks to create a distress style background before stamping and heat embossing the Closer to Extinction image with Gold Embossing powder. The Image is then fussy cut. The image is also heat embossed on some hammermill cardstock before die cutting with the Playful stitched panels die set and ink blending the backgorund. The fussy cut dragon is glued onto the panel. A larger matte panel is also cut and inked with the Night Sky and Regal Grey interference ink pad. Extra dimension is added to the image using Glossy Accents, White Enamel accents and Gold Nuvo drops on the Eyes, Teeth and Claws.

The image is stamped with Black memento ink on Hammermill cardstock before colouring it with Grey copic markers. The image is also stamped on masking sheets and fussy cut before adding to the areas around the image and ink blending with Lavender Fields and Pink Champagne Interference inks. The masking magic image from the centre is used to cover the image before stamping the grasses from the Sea you Soon stamp set. The Birthday hat from the Toadally Awesome stamp set is heat embossed in silver, coloured with copics and fussy cut before adding to the Dragons head. The background is simply ink blended and a sentiment is heat embossed along the top of the image before adding to the matte & card base.
