Card Making with Printed Papers

Today, I’m sharing Card Making with Printed Papers using the New Rosie’s Studio Hello, It’s me! Collection. I don’t often use printed papers when I’m creating, but they are a great way to use a New colour palette and create quick cards and are fun to combine with your Betterpress plates!

Visual Supply list below

All of the Cards use the 6″ printed papers from Rosies Studio Hello It’s Me collection along with a few solid coordinating cardstock. They are also all finished off with Hello it’s me butterfly embellishments that give extra dimension.

The first card uses the Sending Love Press plate with the printed papers in the Betterpress system to Heat emboss the Sentiment in Gold Embossing powder before die cutting with the Fresh picked labels die set. The same die set is used to die cut the different layers as well as the card base.

The second card uses the printed papers for both the card background as well as a base to Heat emboss using the Soaring Sentiments press plate & die set with Scorched timber distress glaze.

The third card uses the Mirror Arch Nested prigs press plate set for the background and focal sentiment. The different layers were die cut using the Mirror arch labels die set. The sprigs on the background were coloured with coordinating tombow markers and a little sparkle is added using a Stardust gel pen.
