For this card, The Felt Winter Cardinal die set is used to die cut the Cardinal pieces from felt & cardstock and the Branch, Holly and Berries from cardstock. The pieces are are stitched using two strands of floss before assembling on the card. The card background is pressed in the Betterpress system using the Night & Day Pines press plate with distress inks in Forest Moss and Peeled paint. The edges of the cardstock are also ink blended around the edges. The card is finished with a Prism Foiled Sentiment from the Wonderful Winter wishes press plate & die set and the cardinal eye is an opal gem.
