The Lotus Field Press plate is first used in the Glimmer system. I used Prism foil with Hammermill cardstock. I also foiled the Sentiments and labels from the lovely label set before negative foiling the background and sentiments as well.
The First card is is greated with the foiled background. It is coloured with the Corrdinating Layering stencil set using Distress inks. The card is finished off with one of the foiled sentiments and a bit of stickles in the flower centres.
The Second card uses the Negative foiled background. The background is ink blended very simply iusing distress inks before assembling the card and adding a sentiment.
The Third card uses the Lotus Field press plate ing the Betterpress system with watercolour cardstock and Versamark ink. The background is heat embossed with Distress Glaze in Tumbled Glass, Mermaid Lagoon and Uncharted Mariner. The images are watercoloured using Distress ink Refills before allowing to dry completely and assembling the card.
The fourth card uses the Lotus Flower die set. The die cuts are lightly ink blended with Distress ink before assembling and adding to the card. This card uses the Layered Happy Birthday die set for the sentiment on one of the foiled labels.
