Today, I’m sharing Die cut card ideas with Ink blending using the Hero Arts Friends with Flair collection. Adding light ink blending to die cuts is a great way to add more visual dimension and detail to them taking card making to the next level! Ad
Visual Supply list below.
Before creating cards, sentiments were created using the Totally Awesome stamp and die set. The sentiments are heat embossed using Chipped Sapphire distress glaze before using the coordinating dies to die cut them.
The first two cards use the Suspenders die set to create two similar but different cards. Both have die cuts ink blending with distress ink to add visual dimension before assembly and are finished off with accents from the Got flair die set and heat embossed sentiments.

The next card uses the Jean Jacket layering stencil with distress inks in Weathered Wood, Faded Jeans and Chipped Sapphire before trimming, matting and finishing off with one of the heat embossed sentiments.
The next card uses the Jean Jacket die set with Windy cardstock. The die cuts are lightly ink blended before asembly and the jacket is accented with die cuts from the Got Flair die set and the card is finished off with a heat embossed sentiment.

The last card uses the Jean Jacket die set along with the Jean Jacket layering stencil to create a die cut accent with lots of visual dimension.
