All 3 cards are created using the My best friend stamp set from Pajama Crafter stamps.

The image for the first card is stamped with black Memento ink on Hammermill cardstock before colouring with copics. Once coloured, copic blender solution is poured on a rough facecloth and dabbed on the coloured image. The blender solution removes the colour from the coloured image creating the look of fur. This technique can also be used for trees, grass, carpet etc. The image is die cut with the Emerald cut labels die set and the same set is used to die cut an additional mat before assembling the card. Glossy accents is added to the dogs eyes & nose and stickles are added to the collar for extra texture.

The image for the second card is heat embossed on watercolor cardstock with black embossing powder. The image is watercoloured with distress refills and coarse salt is poured on top of the image and allowed to dry. Once dry, it is rubbed off and the fur texture is revealed. This technique create a much more subtle look than the one for the first card. The essential stylish ovals die set is used for the layers on this card and Glossy accents are added to the dog nose & tongue and left to dry.

The image for the third card uses adhesive velvet for the fur texture. The dog image is stamped onto the fur using black staxon ink and then fussy cut with detail scissors. The sentiment is stamped onto Hammermill cardstock and the main piece and matt are die cut from the Perfect touch labels & die set. The background is lightly inked with Worn lipstick distress ink before assembling the card. A die cut nose is cut from a black cardstock scrap using the Congrats cat die set and glued to the nose of the dog before adding glossy accents on top of that die set. A pink copic marker is gently used to add pink to the inside of the ears while avoiding the black stamped lines.
