Today, I’m sharing Four Stencil & Embossed Backgrounds using the New Twisted Twine set from Lisa Horton Crafts. This creates fun and unique backgrounds perfect for card making. All four card backgrounds were created using the Twisted Twine Stencil set with the coordinating Twisted Twine Embossing folder.
The first card uses Matte blending ink pads in Garden Sage and Anthracite. The card is finished off with a Thanks sentiment from the Best Wishes & Thanks XL die set.
The second card uses Metallic ink pads in Lovestruckm Ultraviolet, Coastline, Verdigris and Mojito. This one was done on black cardstock for a different look and finished off with a Best Wishes sentiment from the same die set as the first card.
The third card uses the colour shift pads in Under the sea, Lagoon punch, Lilac Meadow, Golden Heather, Summer Sky & Avocado Gold. The darker colour of each colour pair are used to add the look of shadow to the stencilled image. This card is finished off with a Sentiment from the Very Best Wishes stamp & die set.
The fourth card uses interference inks in Sweet Treat, Summer Garden, Sapphire gold , Crushed velvet & tropical paradise. Hickory smoke distress ink was used to add the shadow to the stencilled image before the interference ink colours are added. This card is finished off with a sentiment from the Sending Smiles stamp & die set.
