The first two boxes are decorated differently in christmas themes but use the box in the same way as a wrapping for Holiday Gifts. These are perfect for unique wrapping for stocking stuffer gifts. They use the Thrifty box die set for the base of the box, The Trifty box elements die set for the Matte layers on top and the Nested tree frame die set to decorate one box and the All Year in bloom die set to decorate the second one.
The second project uses the Thrifty box die set for the box base and lid and the Thrifty box elements die set to decorage the top and the inner note cards. The finished size of the inner notecards are 2 3/4″ x 2 3/4″. Creating a box with notecards is a fun way to create a unique gift for someone to use and is a great way to use cardstock scraps.
The third project uses the Thrifty box die set and alters it to create a rectangle box. The box is decorated with the Script text press plate for the background. It is ink blended simply with Distress inks. The Butterflies and sentiments are created using the Butterfly Silhouettes press plate set with the Glimmer system foiled in Aura cardstock and coloured with interference inks. An extra top folding notecard is attached to the back of the box to help it stand and to create a place to write a message.
