Before creating any cards, Images and Sentiments from the different stamp & cut sets were stamped and Heat embossed onto Watercolour cardstock with Gold embossing powder. The images were watercoloured with a combination of Distress and Interference inks. The sentiments for each card are a combination of sentiments from the You’re Golden stamp & cut set as well as the sentiments included in each of the image sets.
The first card uses the In the Orchard stamp & cut set The Tree and basket were embossed and watercoloured on the background and the other elements were embossed, watercoloured and then die cut before adding to the front of the card.
The second & third cards are created with the Apple Branch stamp & cut set. One has yellow apples watercoloured with Sweet Treat and Summer Garden Interference ink and the other has Red Apples watercoloured using the Sweet Treat and Golden Sun Interference pads.
The fourth card uses the Apple frame layering stencil set to create the image. The layers are coloured with a combination of Interference inks as well as Distress inks. Once completed, the layer for the apples is re-used using Transparent Gloss texture paste to add dimension and gloss to the apples.
